Privacy at Zizo Apps.

This page explains how Zizo Apps ("we", "us") handles personal information collected through zizoapps.com. We keep the site deliberately lightweight, so we only hold information you actively choose to give us.

Information we collect

Browsing the site doesn't require an account and we don't ask for personal details to read it. We receive personal information when you reach out, by emailing info@zizoapps.com or by booking a call through the scheduler. On our private college preview pages we also collect usage analytics, described below.

Booking a call (Calendly)

We use Calendly (opens in a new tab) to schedule introductory calls. When you open the scheduler or confirm a booking, Calendly processes the details you enter (typically your name, email and chosen time) under its own privacy policy, and shares the booking with us so we can meet. Opening the Calendly popup may set cookies controlled by Calendly.

Cookies & analytics

The public pages of zizoapps.com don't set tracking cookies or run analytics. Our typefaces are served from this site, so no font provider receives a request. Calendly, described above, may set its own cookies when its scheduler opens.

We also make private preview pages for colleges we're in conversation with, at addresses under zizoapps.com/for/ that we share directly and don't list on the site. Those pages use Microsoft Clarity (opens in a new tab) to show us how a preview is used: visits, how long a session lasts, how far down the page people scroll, which sections they view, heatmaps of clicks, and recordings of clicks and scrolling. Each session is tagged with the college the preview was made for and the link used to open it. Clarity sets its own cookies and collects device and browser details under Microsoft's privacy statement. We use this only to understand how a preview is received.

How we use your information

We use what you share only to respond to your enquiry, run the meeting, and follow up about working together. We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it beyond the tools described here.

Your choices

You're welcome to contact us at info@zizoapps.com to ask what information we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted.
